Join us at IC Der Laden in Zurich on Friday, June 26, at 6:00 PM for a guided tasting featuring beers from the rugged west coast of Sweden, where the sea isn't just part of the landscape - it's part of the brewing philosophy. During a recent trip to visit friends in Sweden, we spent time exploring the beautiful Bohuslän coastline and brought back some very special beers to share. Guided by Sandro Wirth - Biersommelier, Certified Cicerone® and World Beer Cup judge - you will taste a carefully curated lineup featuring: 🍺 5 beers from Smögenbryggarn Located just one town away from where we stayed, Smögenbryggarn is famous for brewing beers inspired by the sea. Expect ingredients and inspirations such as sea salt, seaweed, and mussel shells - showcasing the unique flavours of Sweden's west coast. Please be aware that these beers do contain actual mussel shells, so if you are allergic, we would suggest you join us for another tasting. 🍾 1 exclusive lambic blend by Mats The entire reason for our trip to Sweden was to visit our friend Mats. For this tasting, he will contribute one of his own personal lambic blends - a beer you simply cannot buy and are unlikely to taste anywhere else. You might know Mats from the amazing beers he brewed at Lost Grain, or from serving beers in many great beer bars around Zurich. 🍫 Bonus Omnipollo pours To finish the evening, we'll open a few exclusive small pours of Omnipollo stouts from our personal cellar. Expect coastal brewing traditions, unique ingredients, wild fermentation and plenty of stories from our travels through Sweden. **6 beers. 2 hours.
