Before Zurich Beer Festival kicks off… join our Denver beer warm-up. No flight to Colorado required. Just very fresh beer. Join us at IC Der Laden in Zurich on Thursday, April 23, at 18:00 for a special tasting focused on beers from one of the most exciting craft beer cities in the US. Sandro is heading back to Colorado to judge at the World Beer Cup, and of course the brewery visits are already being planned. One of the stops this time will be Lyric Brewing from Denver - a brewery currently sitting at an impressive 4.45 rating on Untappd. And here’s the fun part. Sandro will be meeting them one day after their new cans are filled, meaning those beers will be about as fresh as it gets - and essentially impossible to find in Europe unless you’re heading to MBCC this year. Assuming the suitcase survives the flight back, we’ll open some of those beers at a special tasting the day before Zurich Beer Festival. During this guided session you will taste 6 carefully selected beers: 2 super fresh releases from Lyric Brewing, brought back directly from Denver 4 additional beers from standout Denver breweries, showcasing the diversity of the Denver craft beer scene Expect modern hop-forward beers, bold flavour profiles, technical brewing insights and honest discussion about what currently defines the Denver beer scene.
