On Saturday, November 14, we're bringing a little taste of Bulgaria to Zurich. For this special tasting, our two Swiss Beer Tours co-founders are joining forces: 🇧🇬 Simona, originally from Bulgaria and a former food tour guide with Balkan Bites in Sofia, knows Bulgarian food, traditions and the stories behind them. 🍺 Sandro, certified beer sommelier and international beer judge, has collaborated with Sofia Electric Brewing twice through St. Laurentius Brewery and knows their beers firsthand. Together, we'll take you on a little journey through Bulgaria's food and craft beer culture, without leaving Zurich.
